Recette délicieuse et aussi réconfortante que celui de notre enfance, mais sans la viande. Le bouillon de champignons est exquis (Campbell) et il remplace haut la main le bouillon de boeuf. Je le refais pour mon fils qui est en visite aujourd’hui et pour ma fille et son mari qui sont véganes et qui adorent cette recette!

I just threw all the ingredients in the instant pot, including some celery and portobello mushrooms. I didn’t bother sauteing or mixing with flour, just pressure cooked it all for 7 mins and quick release. I just had large russet potatoes, and I think I used about 5 of them cut into largish chunks. It was so amazingly delicious! I will be making this often.
